Abstract

The World Medical & Health Policy Journal fills a unique niche dedicated to the interdisciplinary intersection of politics, policy, research, medicine and global public health. The Editors hope that this first issue, with notable contributors from around the world and a distinguished group of expert advisors, will help to shed light on some of the difficult decisions health care providers make on a routine basis.
